In rare cases, if a product becomes unavailable after placing your order, we may cancel it from our side. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us on the same day of delivery.

ii. Incorrect Orders:

If you receive a wrong item, please inform us on the same day of delivery with proper proof.

We will arrange a replacement or provide a suitable resolution.

iii. No Refund for Size or Preference Issues:

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for size issues, fit issues, or change of mind.

Since our products are imported and may be 1–2 inches bigger than standard Indian sizes, we kindly request customers to choose sizes carefully.
